摘要
为了解决饶任输油线原油交接计量中含水超标控制的问题,华北油田公司第三采油厂在原油交接计量站应用射频原油含水监控系统,对原油含水变化进行在线连续监控,实现原油含水超标报警,做到含水超标发现早,控制早,避免了原油交接中的计量纠纷。
In order to solve the problem of controlling the high water content in the measurement of crude custody transfer on Raoren oil pipeline, the Third Oil Production Factory of Huabei Oilfield Company has applied the radio frequency monitoring system about water cut of crude to the metering station of crude custody transfer, and conducted the online continuous monitoring on the changes of crude water cut. Then they can sound the warning when the water cut of crude excesses the standards, and also make the earlier discovery and the earlier control of this phenomenon. Finally, some metering dispute has been avoided in the crude custody transfer.
