摘要
以一个典型的国际总承包项目—Sudapet总部大楼为案例,从该项目运行的投标阶段及运行阶段两个阶段,阐述了各类风险,并提出了相应的应对措施。
Based on the sample of Sudapet headquarter building -A typical international EPC project, different kinds of risks are explained from the two operating stages of this project: biding stages and operating stage. Then some relevant countermeasures are proposed.
