摘要 N-甲基对硝基苯胺在生产过程中产生的废水具有较大的毒性和致癌作用,生物可降解性差,且在自然界中很难降解。根据N-甲基对硝基苯胺生产废水所具有的有机物含量高,色度大,成分复杂,排水量不稳定的特点,设计出常压蒸馏回收甲胺水溶液的方法和化学处理法2套方案进行MNA废水处理,均得到较好的效果。并通过实验考察常压蒸馏+Fenton试剂氧化法的多种影响因素,确定了最佳实验条件。处理后废水能达到国家规定的一级排放标准。 The wastewater generated in N-methyl-p-nitroaniline production has higher toxicity and carcinogenicity, poor biodegradability, and it is difficult to degrade in nature. Based on the characteristics of the N-methyl-p-nitroaniline production wastewater with high organic matter content, large chroma, complex composition, unstable displacement, two projects of recovery method for methylamine aqueous solution by atmospheric distillation and chemical treatment method were designed for MNA wastewater treatment, and all of them obtained satisfactory results. The optimal experimental conditions were determined through investigating variety effect factors in the atmospheric distillation + Fenton reagent oxidation method. Treated wastewater can meet the requirement of national first class discharge standard.
