Confirming to the Symptomatic Units of the Hypochondriac Manifestations

目的:确立胁部的症状单元及其二级临床特征和限定因素。方法:从历代医案数据库中提取胁部四诊信息的1573种临床描述,基于这些临床描述的发生频数、当代中医权威著作记载的辨证意义和西医权威著作记载的辨病意义,界定胁部的症状单元及其二级临床特征和限定因素。结果:胁部有8个症状单元、33个二级临床特征和9个限定因素,并对其内涵进行了界定。结论:历代医案中存在着多个当代中、西医学权威著作值得关注的临床信息。

Objective：To confirm the symptomatic units,clinical features and limiting factors of the hypochondriac manifestations.Methods：Extract 1573 descriptions from the clinical records of the well-known physicians in the history of Chinese medicine.Obtain the frequencies that the manifestations were described in different clinical records,the syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine and the disease diagnosis in Western medicine in terms of the manifestations.Results：8 symptomatic units,33 sub-clinical features and 9 limiting factors were confirmed.Their connotations were defined too.Conclusion：The paper found lots of important information that need to pay attention to the present Chinese and Western medicine.
