疏肝解郁法治疗功能性月经过少机理探析

Mechanism Analysis of the Treatment of Functional Hypomenorrhea with Soothing Liver and Dispelling Melancholy

目的:探讨疏肝解郁法治疗月经过少的机理,观察逍遥散加减治疗月经过少的效果。方法:40例月经过少患者用逍遥散随症加减治疗。结果:40例中,痊愈22例,好转15例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%。结论:肝郁气滞是月经量少的重要发病机理,疏肝解郁法是治疗月经量过少的一种常用、有效的方法。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of liver Jieyu few months after the mechanism of observation on Xiaoyao San treating after less effect.Ways month after 40 cases of patients with small card with the addition and subtraction Xiaoyao treatment.Results：In 40 cases,22 cases recovered,15 cases improved,3 cases of invalidity,the total effective rate 92.5%.Conclusion：Liver depression and Qi stagnation conclusions are less important menstrual pathogenesis,Shugan Jieyu law is the treatment of menstrual volume is too small of a common and effective method.
