肺痨的中医药临床研究进展

参阅了近10年来有关中医药治疗肺痨(肺结核)方面的相关文献,认为肺痨主要为感染痨虫、正气虚弱而发病,病位在肺,以阴虚多见,病久可累及脾肾等脏。辨证分型尚不统一,以脏腑气血阴阳亏损证候为主,或兼有气滞血瘀痰阻等证。治疗当以补虚培元、抗痨杀虫为总则。中医药在针对耐药性肺痨的治疗、减轻抗痨药的毒副作用等方面具有明显优势,提出临床研究与基础研究相结合,现代科技与传统方法相结合,研制出高效、安全的抗痨药物及中西医抗痨治疗方案将是今后中医药防治肺痨的研究方向。

Referring to the relevant document about the treatment of tuberculosis（TB）in the Chinese medicine in the last 10 years,it is considered the main cause of tuberculosis is infected TB bug and qi deficiency.The location of disease is the lung,with Yin deficiency often.It can be involved such as spleen disease or kidney disease after a long time.Syndrome Differentiation is not unity,and the mainly syndrome is deficiency of yin,yang,qi,blood and viscera,or with qi and blood stasis and phlegm obstruction.The main treatment is reinforcing the deficiency,benefiting vital qi and anti-TB.Chinese medicine for the treatment of tuberculosis drug resistance and reducing the anti-tuberculosis drugs such as drug side effects has obvious advantages.It will be the future of Chinese medicine research to combine the clinical research with the basic scientific research,combine the modern technology with the traditional methods,develop the efficient and safe anti-tuberculosis drugs and put forward to the anti-tuberculosis treatment in the Chinese and western medicine.
