边界元方法在内燃机零部件温度分析中的应用

摘要 边界元方法是一种新型的数值分析方法,具有数据准备工作量小、计算精度高等优点。本文基于平面一、二类边值问题的热传导边界元法,详细给出了第三类边值问题的平面和轴对称边界积分方程及其边界元离散公式。在此基础上编制了相应的计算程序BEMT,并应用于内燃机零部件的温度分析,取得了理想效果。 The boundary element method (BEM) is a new method for numerical analysis, which requires much less data processing and has higher accu- racy than the finite element method (FEM). Based on the BEM for two- dimensional heat conduction problems with the first and second kinds of boundary conditions, boundary integral equations are derived for tow- dimensional and axisymmetric problems with the third kind of boundary conditions, and formulas of BEM are worked out after discretizing the continuous boundary of an odject into a number of elements. A program for this method, named BEMT, is designed to analyse the temperature fields of components in internal combustion engine. As an example, the temperature fields of 6135 ZG diesel engine piston are illustrated.
