摘要
【目的】筛选适宜的哈密瓜86-1贮藏保鲜条件。【方法】在3℃贮藏条件下,设置O2+CO2:3%+0%;O2+CO2:4%+1%;O2+CO2:5%+2%三种气体条件,研究不同贮藏气体条件对86-1采后呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、总酸含量、硬度、果肉细胞膜透性等生理指标的影响。【结果】在3℃的贮藏温度下,各气调处理并没有起到抑制果实呼吸强度、减少其乙烯释放量等作用。与冷藏相比,气调处理的果实糖酸等营养物质的消耗略低,对其品质及风味保持较好。【结论】相对而言,CO2含量较高的气体环境更利于瓜的贮藏,CO2/O2=2/5明显优于CO2/O2=0/3,究其原因还需进一步研究验证。
[ Objective and Method] The three kinds of storage air condition: O2 + CO2:3 % + 0% ;O2 + CO2: 4% + 1% ;O2 + CO2:5% + 2% were designed to study the effect of the different air condition on the respiration rate, ethylene production, soluble solids content, total sugar content, total acid content, hardness, pulp cell membrane permeability, ete of the 86- 1 melon during storage for choosing a better storage condition. [Result]The results showed that under 3 ℃, different air condition can not control the 86 - 1 melon' s respiration rate and reduce the ethylene production . Different air condition can keep the 86 - 1 melon' s better flavour and total sugar, acid content. [ conclusion] More CO2 content will be better for the 86 - 1 melon's storage, such as CO2/O2 = 2/5 was better than CO2/O2 = 0/3, whose reason should be further discussed in the future .
