摘要
本文尝试在Halliday人际元功能概念的基础上建立科普语篇的人际关系框架。由于科普语篇读者的特殊性,作者在构建语篇时往往会将权威身份与亲和力结合起来,以实现语篇传递信息和文化的双重功能。本文重点探讨了科普语篇以介入和协商手段达到作者和读者在社会和文化上的互动与沟通。
Based on Halliday's concept of interpersonal metafunction, this paper tentatively constructs a framework of interpersonal relations of popular science texts. To meet the requirements of their readers, the authors of popular science texts tend to combine their authority with solidarity in constructing texts. This paper discusses the importance of such discursive mechanism as engagement and negotiation in realizing a cultural and social interaction between writers and readers, and between readers and the content.
