长江海事局40m级巡航救助船电气设计

“长江海事局40m级巡航救助船”是长江船舶设计院为交通部长江海事局研发设计的新一代全天候巡航救助高速船，该首制船具有集巡航、救助、拖带、消防救生于一体的多功能性以及搜救现场指挥中心的职能。该船电气设计遵循高速船设计的基本原则，着重在搜救准确、信息即时、处理到位、功能齐全、全天候作业等主要性能特点方面做了深入研究，本文从电气专业系统设计与设备选型的角度，对该船实现巡航救助功能的四个主要专用电气设备及系统——先进的救助综合信息系统、高性能的光电跟踪监控系统、功能齐备的通导设备、精良的搜索取证照明设备做出了简要阐述。

＂Cruising and Rescue Vessel of 40m In Length from Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration＇is a new all-weather high-speed vessel for cruising and rescue designed by CSDI for the Changjiang Maritime Safety Administration, Ministry of Communications. This first-made vessel has multiple functions of cruising, rescue, towing, fire-fighting, lifesaving and serving as an on-site commanding center of rescue. The design of electric system follows the basic principle of high-speed vessel and it researches deeply on main performances and characteristics of accurate rescue, immediate information, appropriate disposal, complete function, and all-weather operation etc. From the view of design of electric system and equipment selection, this paper briefly gives introduction for four mainly special equipments and system （i.e. advanced integrated information system for rescue, high-performance photoelectric tracking and monitor system, comprehensive communication ＆ navigation equipment, superior searching ＆ lighting equipment）.
