摘要
以黄瓜果形顺直品种和果形弯曲品种为试验材料,研究了黄瓜弯曲性遗传特性。结果表明,黄瓜果实弯曲性是多基因控制的数量遗传。黄瓜果实弯曲性主要是由基因加性效应所控制。显性×环境互作效应相对较高,加性×环境互作效应很小。黄瓜果实弯曲性的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力均较高。在育种过程中,D0455和D07299可以作为黄瓜果实顺直特性改良的优良亲本。
Bent varieties and straight varieties were made as parents for the genetic analysis in the experiment to research cucumber bending genetic mechanism. The results showed that the bent character of the cucumber fruit was quantity inheritance controlled by multiple genes and major genes. The additive effect plays the main role, and the dominance effect played the lesser role. Compared with the additive- environmental variance, the dominant-environmental variance was more important and the cucumber fruit was more easily affected by the additive effect. The broad heritability and the narrow heritability were both higher in the bent character of the cucumber fruit. The variety of D0455 and D07299 can be used as parents which are benefit of improving the straight character of the cucumber fruit.
