摘要
用光学显微镜对二倍体和三倍体虹鳟外周血细胞大小及显微结构,尤其是对三倍体特有的畸形红细胞进行了研究。结果表明,两种倍性虹鳟的红细胞及细胞核、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞体积均为3:2的比例关系;各类白细胞从多到少依次为血栓细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞;两种倍性虹鳟红细胞形态存在明显差异,三倍体虹鳟红细胞短径/长径比值为0.57,近17%有哑铃形细胞核或双核;二倍体虹鳟红细胞短径/长径比值为0.67,且未见哑铃形和双核红细胞;在三倍体中观察到很多哑铃形的血栓细胞。
The size and microstructure of peripheral blood cells in diploid and triploid rainbow trout and especially its characteristical deformed rbcs were studied by the light microscopy. The results showed that the size of the erythrocyte and cell nucleus, neutrophil, monocyte in triploid and diploid fish had the propotion of 3:2; The number of the two kinds of rainbow trout leucocyte in decreasing order of thrombocyte, lymphocyte, neutrophil and monocyte; The erythrocyte of triploid rainbow trout had the long ellipse with the width being 0.57 of the length and 17% of the erythrocyte had the dumbbell nucleus and two nuclei, whereas the erythrocyte of diploid rainbow trout tended to be round with the width being 0.67 of the length, but none of the erythrocyte with the dumbbell nucleus or two nuclei was found.
