摘要
利用酒精复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,观察肝组织病理学形态及肝细胞的超微结构。结果表明,鹿茸粉大剂量组可显著降低血清中ALT、AST的水平(P<0.01),小剂量组差异不显著(P>0.05),中、高剂量组发生肝细胞坏死的动物例数减少,病变程度减轻,电镜检测结果表明,鹿茸粉能改善染色质边集、内质网扩张、线粒体肿胀、细胞质膜受损等病理改变,可见鹿茸粉对小鼠酒精急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
Model of acute hepatic injury was induced by alcohol in mice. ALT and AST in serum were measured. Pathological changes of liver tissue and liver cell ultrastructure were observed. The results showed that compared with alcohol model group, the level of ALT and AST were decreased significantly in high dose group of antler powder(P〈0.01) and in low-dose group, and the difference was not significant (P〉0.05), the animal number of happening hepatocyte necrosis was lowered and the degree of pathological changes was lightened. Ultrathin section of the electron microscopy showed that the antler powder could improve the condensation of chromatin, the expansion of mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and other pathological changes such as the damage of cell membrane. It can be seen that antler powder has protective effects on liver injury induced by alcohol and the effect is significant.
