On the Contemporary Significance of the Traditional Education Values Advocated by Confucianism

儒家传统教育的价值取向融合了对人的发展与对社会发展的双重关注:一是为己之学,关注人的非功利性发展;二是建国君民,教育为先,发掘教育对社会发展的重大意义;三是内圣外王,体现人的发展与社会发展的紧密联系。这些传统的教育思想对于如何处理"人—社会—教育"三者之间的关系有着重要的借鉴意义。
