论儒家传统教育价值取向的现代意义

摘要 儒家传统教育的价值取向融合了对人的发展与对社会发展的双重关注:一是为己之学,关注人的非功利性发展;二是建国君民,教育为先,发掘教育对社会发展的重大意义;三是内圣外王,体现人的发展与社会发展的紧密联系。这些传统的教育思想对于如何处理"人—社会—教育"三者之间的关系有着重要的借鉴意义。 The traditional education values advocated by Confucianism pay attention to both human development and social adventure. Firstly it is the doctrine of self - cultivation, concerning human development instead of name and profit. Secondly it is that education is the beforehand work for constructing society, finding the significance of education for social development. Thirdly it is noble personality and political talents, embodying the close relationship between human development and social adventure. All these traditional thoughts hold important contemporary significance on how to deal with the relationship among human beings, society and education.
