Effect of Glass Phase on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Hydroxyapatite Ceramie Composites with Controlled Pore Size

摘要 采用颗粒直径尺寸可控的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为造孔剂,以自行熔制所得的生物玻璃作为玻璃相,通过添加和调节玻璃相的用量和烧结温度制备了多孔羟基磷灰石瓷。采用电子探针对所制备的样品进行了分析,添加玻璃相明显地修复了烧结体的显微结构,减小了裂纹的尺寸,适量添加能提高多孔羟基磷灰石瓷的抗折强度。 Hydroxyapatite (HA) with controlled pore size was prepared with poly- methyl methacrylate (PMMA)as pore making agent and bioglass molten by ourselves as glass phase through adjusting the addition amount of glass phase and the temperature of sintering. The sample prepared was analyzed by electronic probe. The results showed that proper addition of glass phase clearly restored the microstructure of sintering body ,decreased the size of cracking, and increased the folding strength of porous HA ceramics.
