摘要
自蔓延高温合成工艺(SHS)是制备高技术材料的先进方法,在经济上极具优势。同时对某些材料而言,这种工艺又是最可行的制造方法。简述了自蔓延合成的原理和特点,分析了Si_3N_4、AlN和SiC的SHS工艺生产成本及其影响因素,并与传统的合成法进行了比较。
Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis (SHS) is a novel processing
techniqne currently being developed as a route for the production of some advanced materials and enjoys inherent economic advantages. As for some materials, SHS is often the most feasible means. This article presents the principle and peculiarities of SHS,and compares production costs of several materials(Si3N4,AlN,SiC) prepared using SHS and conventional processes.
