摘要 图像增强是图像处理的一个重要方面。提出了基于经验模式分解的图像增强方法:对图像进行经验模式分解(EMD),得到多个不同分辨率的内蕴模式函数图层和一个趋势图层,通过调节内蕴模式函数图层和(或)趋势图层增强图像。实验结果表明,基于经验模式分解的图像增强方法能够增强图像的细节和亮度,是一种有效的图像增强方法。 Image enhancement is an important aspect of image processing. An image enhancement method is proposed based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD). By using the method, an image is decomposed through EMD, and multiple intrinsic mode function image layers with different resolution and a trend layer are obtained. Then the image can be enhanced by adjusting the intrinsic mode function image layers and/or the trend layer. The experiment showed that the image enhancement method based on EMD is an effective way to enhance the details and brightness of an image.
