聚醚/氨基硅油柔软剂的制备及应用 被引量:12

摘要 以含氢硅油、活性聚醚、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(YDH602)及八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,合成了聚彬氨基硅油。研究了影响反应的主要因素,并考察了产品对纯棉针织布的整理效果。结果表明,聚彰氨基硅油的最佳制备工艺为:首先,含氢硅油与活性聚醚在铂催化剂(其用量为总投料质量的0.002%)催化下、在95~100℃下反应3—4h,合成出聚醚硅油;然后将其与YDH602及D4在碱催化下于75℃反应一段时间,YDH602与聚醚的质量比为1:30,得到淡黄色或黄绿色的粘稠液体,产品氨值为0.4—0.9mmol/g、黏度600—2000mm^2/s。将其乳化后用于纯棉针织布的整理。与用市售亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂整理的织物相比,经其整理的织物的柔软性相近,吸湿性却大大提高,且白度也有一定程度的提高。 The potyether- modified hydrophilic amino silicone oil was polymerized with hydrogen- containing silicone oil, active polyether, N -β - aminoethyl - γ- aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane coupling agent ( YDH 602) and D4. The main factors affecting the reaction were studied, and finishing of cotton knitted fabric was investigated. The optimal preparation conditions of hydrophilic polyether - modified amino silicone oil were found as follows: polyether silicone oil was synthsized with hydrogen -containing silicone oil, active polyether,and the platinum catalyst ( 0. 002% of total material) at between 95 - 100 ℃ for 3 -4 h, ; then the polyether silicone oil reacted with YDH 602 and D4 under base catalysis at 75 ℃ until a light yellow or yellow - green viscous liquid was obtained. Its ammonia value was 0.4 - 0.9 mmol/g, and viscosity was 600 - 2000 mm^2/s. The softness of the fabric treated with this product was the same as the commercially available amino silicone oil, however its absorbency was far more superior, and its whiteness also showed some degree of improvement.
