The piano work Sonetto del Petrarca No. 47 is the music based on Canzoniere （sonnets） by F. Petrarca,a famous Italian scholar,poet and one of the earliest Renaissance Humanists. It showed the composer Liszt＇s creative thoughts. The article corresponding study on the Liszt＇s piano work and Petrarca＇s Canzoniere,to reveal the relationship between each others.
