摘要
用激光快速熔凝法向金属表层加入稀土,结果表明激光处理能够把较多的稀土加入到钢的表层;钢表层中的过他和稀土除和氧、硫作用外,还可固溶于晶内、晶界或其附近,甚至能形成金属间化合物RE2Fe17;经过稀土和激光复合处理的表面具有较高的耐腐蚀性能。
Rare earth (RE) was added in the steel sudece by Laser Rapid Solidification Processing (LRSP). The experimental data show that oversaturated RE can be dissolved into the steel surface layer by LRSP. RE in the steel surface layer reacts with O and S, dissolves in grains, segregates in grain boundaries and forms RE2Fe17-type intermetallic compounds. The melt surface with RE has even higher corrosion resistant than that without RE.
