Faculty Development of Wuhan Conservatory of Music in Thirty Years:1978～2008(Ⅲ)

在1996-2000年的九五阶段,学院制定了1个规划和1个方案。在教学、科研及学生工作、管理方面修订了一批文件。在艺术实践中开始举办"樱花杯声乐比赛"和"国际音乐周"等充满学术气氛的活动;编钟乐团参加香港回归音乐会并出访欧美,步入最辉煌的时期。在教学行政方面下挂附属小学成功,建立了"成人教育部"。在基本建设上购买了原武昌区委大院,展开了扩张的风帆。投票选举院长,更是在民主办学的道路上迈出大步。[本文的(上)(中)分别发表于《黄钟》2009年第一期与第二期]。

The stage of Tenth Five Year Plan,from 2001-2006,was a period of a great progress for the faculty development of Wuhan Conservatory of Music （WHCM）. The Higher Education Evaluation Center of The Ministry of Education assessed the level of teaching quality in WHCM, and the result was ＂Good＂ in 2003, and later the Hubei Province Academic Degrees Commission and Hubei Provincial Department of Education as- sessed the culture condition of master degree candidate in WHCM with the result of ＂Good＂ as well. There were five research topics had a project plan approval by the ministry of state level,and a research center became ＂the Key Research Institute of Hubei Higher Education＂. The Oriental Symphony Orchestra performanced in Goldener Saal in Vienna sucessfully. The academic activities in each specialized subject liven up frequently. The strategy of ＂local development＂ made the Wuhan Conservatory of Music going into the excellent position of developing.
