5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察以温敏凝胶为光敏剂载体的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及安全性。方法采用ALA-PDT对50例尖锐湿疣患者(观察组)进行治疗,以同期进行CO2激光治疗的54例尖锐湿疣患者(对照组)作对照。结果随访3个月,观察组经4次光动力治疗后在32例痊愈患者中复发6例,复发率为12.0%;对照组复发34例,复发率为62.9%。2组复发率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以温敏凝胶为光敏剂载体的ALA-PDT疗法能降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,并有较好的安全性。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) using thermosensitive gel as photosensitizer vector in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 50 patients with condyloma acuminatum were treated by ALA PDT(observer group),and other 54 patients treated by CO2 laser as control group. Results 32 cases of observer group fully recovered after 4 times of PDT,and 6 cases recured, the recurrence rate was 12.0%. 34 cases had recurrence in CO2 laser treatment group, the recurrence rate was 62.9 %. There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion ALA-PDT using thermosensitive gel as photosensitizer vector can reduce the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum and has a better safety.
