维甲酸糊剂治疗口腔白斑的疗效

Curative Effect of Retinoic Acid Paste in Treatment with Oral Leukoplakia

目的探讨维甲酸糊剂治疗口腔白斑的临床疗效。方法将40例口腔白斑患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用维甲酸胶囊5粒(取其中液体)+维生素AD滴剂250 mL+制霉菌片5片+地塞米松5片混合搅拌均匀,制成糊剂,装入消毒瓶中,每天涂2次。对照组采用维生素C 100 mg口服,1片/次,3次/d。观察2组的疗效及治疗前后病理观察情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为30.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后轻度异常增生、重度异常增生:治疗组分别占40.0%、5.0%,对照组分别占65.0%、20.0%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论维甲酸糊剂治疗口腔白斑有较好的疗效,是一种治疗口腔白斑较好的方法。

Objective The explore of clinical curative efficacy of retinoic acid paste in treatment with oral leukoplakia. Methods The 40 patients with oral leukoplakia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 patients in each group. The treatment group were treated with 5 rice retinoic acid capsules （liquid of lade） plus vitamin AD drops 250 mL plus 5 Nystatin tablets plus 5 dexamethasone acetate tablets,Mixing stirring uniformly,made of paste,into sterilized bottles,painted two times a day. The control group with vitamin C 100 mg oral, 1 tablet each time, 3 times a day. Observing two groups the curative efficat and pathological observations condition before and after treatment. Results Treatment group the total effective rate was 95.0% ,the control group was 30.0% ,there was statistically significant difference comparative in two groups （P〈0.01）. Mild dysplasia, severe dysplasia after treatment：the treatment group were 40.0%, 5.0% ,the control group were 65.0%,20.0%,there was statistically significant difference comparative in two groups（all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Retinoic acid paste treatment of oral leukoplakia have a better effect,is a better way to the treatment of oral leukoplakia.
