摘要
本文研究了高密度聚乙烯纤维增强树脂基超混杂复合材料(PESHCM)性能,通过采用功能剪裁技术进行混杂设计,超混杂复合材料既具有良好的力学性能,同时又兼具耐腐蚀、耐磨耗等功能性,借助于SEM和理论分析,初步探讨了PESHCM具有优异耐磨性的原因。
In this paper properties of HDPE fiber/resin matrix superhybrid composites(PESHCM) were studied. Because of applying the functional tailor technique to conduct hybrid design, the PESHCM possessed good mechanical properties, high corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and so on. By SEM, reasons of the abrasion resistance of the composites were discussed.
