摘要
针对梅花树建模的难度和梅花林自然景观模拟的复杂性,设计了一套新的建模系统.系统先对梅花树个体进行建模,再对梅花林景观进行模拟,并将梅花树建模分为两部分完成:枝干建模和花朵建模.和以往植物建模算法不同,将梅花树的分枝结构作为一个平衡的动力系统加以考虑,通过平衡算法将不同的分枝组合成梅花树整体轮廓,结果更加真实.梅花林中的花瓣采用NURBS曲面模拟,根据自然界中梅花花瓣的排列方式绘制出花朵,并利用经典的波动方程对飘落的花瓣进行模拟.为了提高漫游速度,将离视点近的梅花树采用图形实时绘制,对于远处场景中的梅花树采用图像技术绘制,并在实时的计算机绘制中得出图形绘制和图像绘制的分界点在黄金分割点附近效果较好.
Modeling and rendering natural plum blossom scenes were challenging because of its complexity. A new system was designed for generating plum blossom tree and plum blossom forest. The composition of modeling plum blossom tree process was two parts: branch modeling and flower modeling. The branch structure of plum blossom tree was assumed as a balance dynamics system and a new algorithm was used to generate the whole plum blossom tree silhouette with the different branching. The NURBS surface was used to simulate the plum blossom petals and classical wave equation was used to create the scattered petals. In order to improve the walk-through speed, the plum blossom trees near the viewpoint were generated in real-time rendering and the image technology was used to draw the distant trees. The best boundary of graphics and images was near the golden section based on the real-time computer rendering.
