胆囊结石患者胃粘膜病变200例临床分析

Clinical analysis on pathological changes of gastric mucosa in patients with cholecystolithiasis

目的:探讨胆囊结石患者的胃粘膜病变情况。方法:自2007年2月我们按入院顺序选取200例胆囊结石患者,术前行电子胃镜检查观察其胃粘膜病变情况,同时行胃粘膜组织病理学检查。结果:200例中慢性浅表性胃炎84例,慢性浅表性胃炎伴胃粘膜糜烂40例,胃溃疡15例,十二指肠溃疡8例,复合性溃疡5例,胃癌4例。96例幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性。结论:胆结石患者中胃粘膜病变发生率高,胃癌发生率更高。建议胆囊结石患者同时做胃镜检查。

Objective：To investigate the pathological changes of gastric mucosa of patients with cholecystolithiasis. Methods： Two hundred patients with cholecystolithiasis were selected from Feb. 2007 according to admission sequence, electronic gastroscopy was applied to observe the pathological changes of gastric mucosa before operation, histopathologic examination of gastric mucosa was also performed. Results：In all 200 cases ,84 cases were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis ,40 cases were chronic superficial gastritis with gastric mucosal erosion,15 cases were gastric ulcer,8 cases were duodenal ulcer,5 cases were complex ulcer,4 cases were gastric cancer. The positive expression of helieobacter pylori （HP） was found in 96 cases. Conclusions： Cholecystolithiasis patients has a high incidence of gastric mucosal lesions and a higher incidence of gastric cancer. Electronic gastroscopy is recommended to patients with cholecystolithiasis.
