摘要
晚清的现代选举制度从商会选举开始,包括咨议局、资政院选举制度,地方自治机构选举制度,到民国时期有北京政府选举制度、南京政府选举制度、中国共产党领导的政权的选举制度。现有成果对该时期的各种各次选举的基本情况进行了系统的研究,对选举制度中的合理性、积极性、局限性等方面进行了客观的讨论,从而为我们进一步研究奠定了基础,但总体上说还只是一个开始,仍有一些问题需要深入探讨。
Modern electoral system in the Late Qing I：baaasty started from the election of Chamber of Commerce, and included the electoral system of Advisory Bureau, Advisory Parliament and local self - government institutions. In Republic of China there axe electoral systems of Peking Government, Nanjing Government and the Regime led by CCP. Current research achievements analyzed the basic situation of all kinds of dection in this period, and discussed rationality, positivity and limitation in these election systems, which laid a foundation for further research. But this is only a start, and there are lots of questions needed to be discussed.
