As a political and theoretical periodical published by the Central Committee of CPC,Red Flag played an important role in promoting the outbreak of ＂Cultural Revolution＂,demonstrating the necessity and importance of ＂Cultural Revolution＂,and seeking the theoretical basis of ＂Cultural Revolution＂.To a certain extent,Red Flag was responsible for the occurrence of ＂Cultural Revolution＂ inevitably.It was a propaganda tool and public position of ＂Cultural Revolution＂.
