台湾私立大学招生效率之衡量

2009年8月,来自海峡两岸一百多名高等院校的学者、专家聚首西安,围绕金融危机下的世界高等教育现状及未来发展前景,进行了广泛而深入的研讨。会上,两岸多位专家、学者对经济全球化下的高等教育未来发展方向提出了建设性的建议,特别是台湾多位教育界知名人士和学者,结合台湾高等教育现状,分别从大学的科学定位、发展策略、教育的国际化,以及面临的机遇和挑战等带有广泛性的问题发表了自己的见解。这些见解不仅能够激活台湾的高等教育,也对大陆的高等教育,特别是民办教育事业健康、规范发展具有一定借鉴意义。为此,本刊精选其中四篇论文组成笔谈,以飨读者。

Editor＇s Notes：In the period of July ,2009, more than 100 scholars and specialists of colleges and universities from the both sides of the Taiwan Straits gathered in Xian ,widely and profoundly discussed around the present con- dition and the developing future of the world higher education under the financial crisis. At the conference, many scholars and specialists put forward a lot of constructive suggestions with regard to the developing orientation of the higher education under the economic globalization, especially many people and scholars from Taiwan, by combining with the present conditions of Taiwan higher education, stated their views about the scientific location, developing tactics, educational internalization and the faced chance and challenge respectively. Such views not only can stimu- late the higher education of Taiwan, but also have experience meaning for the mainland of our country, especially for the healthy and normal development of the civilian-run education course. So, this journal selects four articles from them put forward for the enjoyment of our readers.
