浅析新时期党政干部政绩观异化原因及对策

Simple Analysis of the Reason of the alienation of the Party's and the Government's Cadres' Achievements in the New Period and the Way to Dealing with It

新时期党政干部要树立正确的政绩观,而正确的政绩观需要科学发展观的指导,二者是辩证统一的。党政干部在追求政绩的同时会出现异化现象。干部政绩观异化的原因既有思想认识上的误区,又有考核机制不健全的原因。党政干部树立正确的政绩观必须以科学发展观为指导,加强自律、提高认识,树立正确的权力观、名利观;党政机关必须建立科学的政绩考评机制,完善权力制约监督机制。

The Party and the government cadres of the new period should set up correct political record concep- tion and the correct political record conception wants the direction of the scientific development conception ; both the two are dialectically united. While the Party and the government cadres are seeking the achievements in their official career, there will appear alienation phenomena. The reason of such phenomena comes from their wrong ideas, as well as the unsound testing and appraising mechanisms. Setting up the correct political record conception, the Party and the government cadres must take the scientific development conception as the guidance, strengthen autonomy, en- hance understanding and set up the correct power conception;while the Party and the government organs must set up scientific testing and appraising mechanisms for the cadres＇ political records and perfect the power limiting and supervising mechanisms for them.
