摘要 传统的基于中医(TCM)的舌色客观化方法,对采集环境、照明条件的要求非常严格,不利于数据的采集,也会失去大量信息.提出基于光谱的舌诊客观化方法,并对各个谱线进行归一化以克服光源的影响,更准确、客观地反映舌的组织成分和结构的信息,更加细致地区分舌象,为舌诊度量化提出一条新思路.在临床上以淡红舌薄白苔和黄腐苔为例,运用光谱法获得表面反射光谱数据,将提取特征值、微分光谱以及曲线形态参数等数学方法应用到数据处理中,初步建立舌象的归一化光谱曲线与舌象之间的联系,为光谱法舌诊提供了观察角度和比较参数,为更深入地研究中医症候提供了借鉴. Traditional tongue information objectification based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) rigorously depends on the acquisition manner and lighting conditions, which is not good for data collection and can lose lots of information. A new method of tongue information objectification based on spectrum was presented. The reflect spectrum was normalized to get rid of strength wander of the light source. Therefore, the normalized reflect spectrum can reflect the composites and the structures of the patients' tongue. Based on this principle, the method of spectrum collected the information at different wave- lengths, and distinguished the very slight variation of tongue color, thus providing a new approach to tongue inspection. In this paper, light red tongue with white thick coating and yellow tongue with rot coating were studied in a clinical manner. Using the characteristic extraction, the differential spectrum and morphology method, the curve was processed to build the relationship between normalization curve of the tongue spectrum and the tongue image, which serves as a new way of tongue inspection and offers more parameters.
