试论海岸带管理的一种新趋势

A New Trend in Coastal Zone Management

本文认为大力综合海洋科学与海岸带管理研究将更有利于制定海洋政策和拟定可行的政策执行战略。近年来,在可持续性科学、基于生态系统的管理和社会-生态弹性三大研究领域,环境管理中自然科学与社会科学的整合逐渐作为一个关键议题浮出水面。本文认为海洋研究也应该符合这种趋势。

This paper proposes a stronger integration of marine science and coastal zone management research, which would be better for making marine policies and feasible strategies for policy implementation. In recent years sustainable science, ecosystem--based management, and social--ecological resilience have become key research fields, and integration of natural and social sciences in environmental management has emerged as a new direction. The paper suggests that this trend should be followed in the field of marine studies.
