小型甘蔗剥叶机能够较大幅度地提高劳动生产率,降低劳动强度,是一种最适合我国南方蔗区的小型农机。阐述了甘蔗剥叶机的工作原理和关键技术,并指出其工作效率主要由剥叶装置、剥叶元件、以及滚筒转速和喂入轮转速等因素所决定。
Small-sized sugarcane leaf stripping machine can more sharply improve labor productivity, reduce labor intensity, is the most suitable agricultural machinery for sugarcane farm in southern China. The working principle and efficiency of the work of sugarcane Leaf stripping machine are mainly determined by the elements of Leaf stripping device, Detrashing Components, as well as the roller speed, feed wheel speed etc.
