摘要
全面研究了矿用车在多种危险工况下的载荷、约束及其施加方法,完成了某矿用车结构参数化建模、有限元分析,得出了多种工况下车架与车厢结构的应力分布,为在结构重量不变的前提下提高结构强度,先对结构进行了局部调优,而后构建了该矿用车结构自动优化设计的数学模型,采用ANSYS与导重法结合的方法,对矿用车成功地进行了自动优化计算。
Overall researched the load and constraint of acceleration, brake, veer, bumpiness, inclination, front and rear wheel stradding, front wheel suspension ect dangerous working conditions in delivery and unloading, the author completed the mine car's Parametric model and FEA in ANSYS. The car's stress distribution of various condition reflected the structural strength less, in order to enhance the structural strength under the initial weight, the author adjusted local structure firstly and then Construct a mathematical model of structural optimization design, at last, automatic calculated the mine car's optimal structure by the method of Weight-Guide combinated ANSYS.
