摘要
焊接前先对母材进行预热,可以减小焊后残余应力,防止冷裂纹。基于上述原因采用51单片机作为控制器,实现了对209T制动梁端轴焊接预热温度的检测和显示,实践证明该系统可靠性高,操作简便,提高了制动梁端轴的焊接性能。
Preheating of the material can reduce residual stress and to prevent cold cracking before welding experiments. For these reasons, the MCS-51 was used as the controller to realize welding preheating temperature detection and display of 209T brake beam shaft. The practice proves that the system has high reliability, easy operation,and greatly improved brake beam shaft welding performance.
