摘要 为进一步尝试采油的新技术,研究了声波、涡流对流体的影响,V选择了鄯善采油厂和中原油田采油一厂油井作为试验井.结果表明,在声波涡量的综合作用下,可以使垢层破裂、滑脱,使原油质点从吸附状态变为游离状态,使油、水的渗流速度和渗流量提高,最终使产液中的液、气、固三相高度溶融并乳化,从而起到防腊、防垢、降黏、增油的作用.分析了现场的试验数据,表明实现了明显的节能效果,有效延长了加药清蜡周期,运行安全可靠,对油层无伤害,对岩层无污染,提高了原油的采收率. The influences of acoustic wave and vortex on fluid are analyzed.A unit using acoustic wave and vortex for enhancing oil recovery is designed,and the field texts are carried out on the oil wells of Shanshan Production Plant and No.1 Production Plant in Zhongyuan Oilfield.The test results show that,The combing action of acoustic wave with vortex can make scaling layer break away,crude oil become free state from absorbed state,the seepage speed and seepage quantity of oil and water increase and the liquid,gas and solid in produced liquid highly mix and emulsify,which has the effect of paraffin controlling,scaling preventing,viscosity reducing and oil production increasing.The analysis of the test data shows that,the technology has obvious energy saving result and prolongs the cycle of adding chemicals for paraffin controlling,and that the technology is reliable,it has no damage to oil reservoir and no pollution to rock stratum,and it can enhance the oil recovery factor.
