摘要 对胜利油田含油污泥理化性质进行了研究,提出了含油污泥高温燃烧利用技术.该技术利用特殊锅炉将水煤浆与含油污泥掺和燃烧,通过流化床处理、烟气处理系统及粉尘回收系统,实现了含油污泥无害化处理,解决了环境污染问题.实验检测结果表明:炉膛温度高达1150℃,降低了燃烧对含油污泥干度的要求;除尘效率达到99.5%以上,烟尘、烟气符合国家排放标准;节约燃煤18.6%~22.2%.该技术有很强的环境效益与经济效益. According to the physical and chemical property of oily sludge in Shengli Oilfield,a high-temperature combustion utilization technology of the oily sludge is presented.The oily sludge is burnt with the atomization of coal-water mixture at high-temperature in a special boiler.The combustion products are treated by fluidized bed,flue gas treating system and dust recovering system,and the problem of environment pollution is solved.The experimental results indicate that the combustion demand to the dryness of the oily sludge is reduced at the high temperature of 1150 ℃ in the boiler,the dust removing rate can reaches to 99.5%,the discharging of dust and flue gas accords with national emission standard.Coal of 18.6%~22.2% is saved by means of the technology,so the technology has great environmental and economic benefits.
