周期微桁架结构复合材料阻尼特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文应用ANSYS软件分别建立了四面体型点阵夹芯结构钢桁架模型、周期微桁架结构复合材料模型以及施加质点的复合材料模型,并分别对三个模型进行了谐响应仿真分析。针对三个模型,分别绘制出各个关注节点的幅频曲线,并通过比较不同模型相同节点的振动响应,研究不同模型的吸能减震效果。研究表明,添加橡胶材料的复合材料模型的吸能减震效果明显好于钢架点阵夹芯结构的效果,而施加质点后的模型具有更好的吸能减震效果。 The finite element model of sandwich structure with tetrahedron truss cores, the finite element model of composite material with periodic micro-truss structure and the model of composite material with particles are established respectively, and harmonic analysis is conducted on the three models. The amplitude-frequency curve of the chosen nodes in the three models is plotted, and the damping characteristic of the three models is analyzed by comparing the vibration response of the same node in different models. Through the contrast, we can conclude that the composite material model has the better performance of energy absorbing and shock absorption, however, the composite material model with particles has more significant advantages.
