普通高校公共体育教学创新与实践——以浙江海洋学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 为构建新的体育课程体系,突出海洋特色,适应全民健身发展的需要,学校以学生需求为主导,汲取国内外优秀的体育教学成果,努力做到现代体育项目和海洋项目相结合、竞技体育项目和大众体育项目相结合、时尚新型体育项目和传统教学体育项目相结合,创立了"1+4主副项制"体育选项课内外一体化体育教学模式。经过近6年的体育教学实践,证明它促进了学生主动、健康、生动、奋发的学习和锻炼,实现了体育教育教学对主体性人格的培养,为学生全面和谐的发展奠定了良好的基础。 In order to set up a new physical education system, highlight oceanic features, and meet the demand for workout development of the general public, we have taken students" needs as the leading factor, drawn a lot of domestic and international excellent athletic study results, and made great efforts to combine the modern athletics item with ocean item, tournament athletics item with the public athletics item, modern athletics item with traditional teaching athletics item. We have established an integral teaching mode with curriculum and extra curriculum athletics options, i.e. the teaching model of "1 +4 main and minor item pattern". After 8-year-athletics teaching fulfillment, it has proved that this teaching model has promoted studentsj active, healthy, vivid and energetic physical training and development. Thus, we have succeeded in carrying out the physical education teaching, cultivating students" personality and laying a good foundation for their overall and harmonious development.
