小儿传染性单核细胞增多症46例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 46 cases children with infectious mononucleosis

目的提高对传染性单核细胞增多症的认识。方法回顾性分析46例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的临床特点,实验室检查及治疗结果。结果发热,咳嗽,咽痛,皮疹,淋巴结、肝脾肿大为本病主要症状及体征,外周血白细胞总数升高,出现不同比例的异型淋巴细胞,肝功能异常及合并MP-Ab阳性是主要的实验室检查指标,更昔洛韦治疗有效,总有效率为95.7%。结论传染性单核细胞增多症临床表现多样,EB病毒感染危害较重,应引起临床重视,予以积极治疗。

Objective To increase the awareness of infectious mononucleosis（IM）. Methods Retrospective analysisthe clinical features, laboratory, examination and treatment of 46 patients diagnosed as infectious mononucleosis（IM）. Results The main clinical presentations included fever, neck lymphadenopathy,pharyngitis, hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. Laboratory examination showed：the number of white blood cell of peripheral was increased,different proportions of ALY appeared,unusual liver function and MP-Ab positive. Ganciclovir（GCV） treatment was effective. The overall response rate was 95.7% o Conclu- sion The clinical manifestations of infectious monocytosis（IM） are varied. EB virus are seriously dangerous which should be paid attention during clinical process and given actively cure.
