摘要
基于国家质量监督检验检疫总局和中国标准化管理委员会2008年4月发布的标准《GB/T21714.2—2008雷电防护第2部分:风险管理》,通过对雷击灾害风险评估参数分析,建立风险管理模型,开发相应的风险管理系统软件.软件以功能模块化方式来实现对雷击风险评价、预测,进行雷电灾害风险评估.实例验证结果表明:开发的软件可以大幅度提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,提高资料数据的利用率.
Based on the latest standard “GB 21714.2-2008 Lightning protection part 2 : Risk management”, issued in April,2008 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and Standardization Administration Commission of China, this article focuses on research into lightning risk assessment through the analysis of its parameters, establishing risk management models, and develo- ping the corresponding risk management system software, which can achieve the professional evaluation of and the forecast for lightning disaster risk by means of its function modules. Thus it can greatly improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity and raise data utilization rate, providing the basis for decision-making in disaster prevention.
