目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术术中俯卧位安置与并发症预防的注意事项。方法对983例经皮肾镜取石术俯卧并发症预防与护理进行总结和分析。结果所有手术患者均安全接受手术，术中无俯卧并发症发生。结论术前悉心准备，术中细心护理，细心观察，方能避免俯卧并发症的出现，使患者安全地渡过手术期。

Objective To discussion the matters needing attention of placement body position and complication precaution in percutaneous uephrolithotripsy. Methods To summarize and analyze the experience of placement body position and complication precaution in 983 percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Results All surgery patient safely performs the surgery,in the technique not lies face downward the complication occurrence. Conclusion Before the technique, prepares devotedly, in technique careful nursing, observes carefully, only then can avoid lying face downward the complication appearance,caused the patient safety to cross the surgery time.
