中老年尿毒症患者血液透析治疗的护理研究

Nursing research of middle - aged patients with urinemia hemodialysis.

目的探讨中老年尿毒症患者血液透析治疗的护理效果。方法将51例进行血液透析的中老年尿毒症患者随机分为两组，对照组24例患者采用常规护理，观察组27例患者在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者对护理人员的信任度和满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对进行血液透析的中老年尿毒症患者在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理，可以明显提高患者对护理人员的信任度和满意度，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床关注。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of middle - aged patients with urinemia hemodialysis. Methods 51 middle - aged patients with urinemia hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （24 cases） were gaven routine nursing care, the observation group（ 27 cases） received psychological intervention in addition to the routine nursing care, then compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results In the observation group patients, the trust degree and satisfaction degree of nursing staff were higher than the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the middle - aged patients with urincmia hemodialysis, psychological nursing in addition to the routine nursing care can significantly improve the patient＇s trust and satisfaction degree in nurses, and it can improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worth popularizing.
