摘要
用标准发芽试验研究CO2对蒺藜状苜蓿种子萌发的影响。结果表明:CO2处理可促进蒺藜状苜蓿种子的萌发,20%CO2处理促进效果最显著,发芽率达到对照2.17倍,发芽势达4.14倍,发芽指数3.49倍,而发芽天数缩短0.73 d;而20%CO2前处理不同时间,对蒺藜状苜蓿种子萌发无影响;浓硫酸能加强CO2处理效果。
Using standard seeds germination experiments to study the effect of CO2 on the germination of Medicago truncatula. The results showed that CO2 could promote the germination. Moreover, The treatment with 20% CO2 had the most significant effect,and the germination rate,the germination potential and the germination index went up to 2. 17,4.14 and 3.49 times as control respectively. However,different time of pretreatments with 20% CO2 had no remarkable effect on the germination of Medicago truncatula. H2SO4 could enhance the effect of CO2.
