摘要
采用真空电弧熔炼法制备了Tb3Fe29-xCrx(2.5≤x≤6.0)系列化合物,采用X射线衍射和磁性测量等方法研究该系列化合物的结构和磁特性.实验结果表明,Cr含量在2.5≤x≤6.0时化合物保持Nd3(Fe,Ti)29型单斜结构,属于A2/m空间群.Tb3Fe29-xCrx系列化合物晶胞体积V随Cr含量增加而增加.随着Cr含量的增加,化合物的居里温度TC单调减小,低温自发磁化强度M0和饱和磁化强度Ms降低,各向异性场Ba先增加后降低,在x=3.5处出现极大值.
The ingots of Tb3Fe29-xCrx(2.5≤x≤6.0) compounds were prepared by arc melting method.The X-ray diffraction patterns and the thermomagnetic analysis show that all compounds investigated are almost Nd3(Fe,Ti)29 single phase and crystallize in monoclinic symmetry with space group A2/m,and exhibit planar anisotropy at room temperature.The unit-cell volume V has almost no change almost but the Curie temperature TC decreases slowly and the saturation magnetization Ms decrease obviously with increasing Cr content. The anisotropy field B. increases firstly,and then after reaching a highest point at x=3.5 decreases with the increase of Cr concentration.
