热处理温度对轻质浇注料性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以超轻氧化铝质骨料为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合系统,研究了不同热处理温度对轻质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,轻质浇注料的体积密度呈现先减小后增大的趋势;在经过1000℃~1500℃热处理后,线收缩率呈现先减小后增大的变化规律。轻质浇注料的抗折强度和耐压强度随着热处理温度的提高呈现先减小后增大的趋势,热膨胀系数随着热处理温度的提高呈现先减小后增大又减小的变化规律。 Effect of different heat treatment temperature on properties of lightweight castable were investigated with super light alumina as raw materials,calcium aluminate cement as binders.The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the bulk density of lightweight castable decrease first and then increase;the shrink is decrease first and then increase between 1000 ℃~1500 ℃,the modulus of rupture and the cold crushing strength decrease with increasing temperature and then increase. Coefficient of thermal expansion decrease with increasing temperature and then increase, decrease at last.
