沈从文是现代文学史上有重要影响的作家之一,他通过其一系列代表性作品,建构了其独具特色的伦理观,这种伦理观的基本内容是:以生命神性作为道德的本质,将宽容的爱作为伦理调节的根本规范,将和谐视为人生的最终意义和最高目的。沈从文的伦理观有其合理性,但也存在着不能够与时俱进的不足,因而没有得到足够的关注。

Shen Congwen is one of the writers who have had a significant impact on Chinese modern history of literature. In his works, Shen Congwen puts forward his unique proposal of ethics. The basic elements of ethics are as follows： Divinity of life is the nature of moral; the love of tolerance is the fundamental norms of ethics; Harmony is the ultimate meaning of life and the highest purpose. The ethics of Shen Congwen has its rationality, but the shortcoming of Shen＇s ethics is that it didn＇t advance with the times, hence it did not receive adequate attention.
