摘要
[目的]为了研究三元杂交牛的育肥效果。[方法]选取6月龄三元杂交牛(简称夏西黄、皮西黄、海西黄、南西黄)及二元西杂牛(对照)各12头作为研究对象,在不同饲养条件下进行育肥效果及产肉性能对比试验,从而筛选出适合我县的肉牛杂交最优组合。[结果]表明:"三元杂交"组合育肥效果及产肉性能明显优于"二元杂交"组合(P<0.01),在相同饲养条件下,夏西黄育肥效果及产肉性能最好,皮西黄次之,但与夏西黄差异不显著(P>0.05),海西黄、南西黄与夏西黄差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]说明三元杂交具有良好的产肉性能;夏西黄杂交组合最佳。
[Objective] The fatting effect of three-way corss-breeding cattle was studied. [Method] 12 individuals of 6 month old three-way cross-breeding cattle was selected (Xiaxi yellow, Peacey yellow, Her- cynian yellow, Nancy yellow) and 12 individuals of two-way Simmental and local cattle cross-breeding was taken as control. They were fed under different conditions to compare the fatting effect and production of meat performance, which was used to choose the optimal combination of our county's beef cattle hybrid. [Result]The results indicated that the fattening effect and the production of meat of "there-way cross- breeding " combination was superior to that of the "two-way cross-breeding" ( P 〈0.01). With the same feeding conditions, Xiaxi yellow meat production performance of fattening effect was the best, then the Peacey yellow. There was no significant difference between Xiaxi yellow and Peacey yellow ( P〉0.05). But Hereynian yellow and Nancy yellow had significant difference with Xiaxi yellow (P 〈 0. 05). [Conclusion]The three-way hybrid had better meat production performance, and Xiaxi yellow combination was according with the county's fact.
