本文给出介于Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ环和ＣＭ环之间的一类环———Ｄ环的定义、性质及刻划．
In this paper, we give the definition, properties and characterization of D rings which are situated between noetherian rings and Cohen-Macaulay rings.
