体育与健康课程改革对体育教师提出了新的挑战、新的要求。新体育课程改革成败的关键在于体育教师。对此,必须增强中学体育教师的专业自主权意识,激发体育教师的主动发展,并且体育教师也要积极进行实践反思和开展行动研究,提高自己的合作意识,加强与其它体育教师或其它学科教师间的合作,积极促进自身的专业化发展。

The reform of sports and health curriculum has put forward the new challenges and requirement for sports teachers. The key for success in the reform of new sports curriculum lies in sports teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen middle school sports teachers＇own consciousness of specialization, stimulate their active development, make them do research, improve their own cooperation awareness and promote their specialization development.
